Mark Satchwill is a graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University with a degree in Graphic Design (Illustration). He has had two solo exhibitions, one in London in 2000, the other in Dartmouth in 2006. Inspiration for his work comes from book, history, music and film, as well as his garden. He is a full-time artist, dividing his time between private commissions, illustration work and personal projects. He resides in Watford in the U.K. with his partner Mike, a dog, two cats and two chickens.
