Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note Canvas Studio custom shoes are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns.

If you weren't completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange or refund, the process is simple:

1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
3. Return the package to:

You will be notified when your goods are received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 10-15 days for your card or account to be credited.
