(Exceptions: Please note that Keds Shoes, Dark Apparel, Photo Sculptures, Zazzle Custom Stamps, Framed Prints, Calendars, photo prints, photo enlargements and Embroidery take slightly longer than 24 hours to ship)

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Please note Keds Studio custom shoes are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns.

If you weren’t completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange or refund, the process is simple:

1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific whether you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.
3. Return the package to:

You will be notified when your goods are received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 10-15 days for your card or account to be credited.
