If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip with your item to return.
