I love these folks who want to destroy 3000 years of Western Civilization and then get huffy because most of the people don't want to go along. At a minimum it would seem that the folks who want to trash a well-established system and replace it with a big experiment are the ones dividing people. Pick up a book and read some history about every single nation that nationalizes great swath's of it's GDP. If you still think this nation can stand under the weight of overwhelming government power and spending, get in a huge bucket (half barrel would do fine), grab the handles and try to lift yourself off the ground. The people demanding the socialist agenda are dividing the nation. Those of us who want the system that created the most prosperous country in the world are not dividers.
