Hi hatrick013, Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment regarding the image use of my penguin. Google images is merely a search engine of images available to view throughout the internet. Just because an image is available through Google images, does not mean it is public domain nor copyright free. The image you used is owned by me. It is my own original designer/artist I created the image and I own all copyrights to the image, so yes, it is my image... It just happens that Google has it indexed as an image that exists on the internet. Using images without permission of the original artist is copyright infringement. The design use has been reported to Zazzle. I appreciate your taking the time to leave a comment for me and hope this clears up whatever misunderstanding there might have been about image use. Jen Goode I've emailed you a copy of this comment as well.
