Planet Mom offers parents who subsist at various stages of lunacy a sanity cocktail in the form of humorous posts about life with kids. She tries to make frazzled moms and dads slow down and savor the madness, to embrace disorder with wild abandon, to thumb their noses at the multitude of challenges and frustrations we all face and to make those who frequent her blog drunk with joy over something as simple and as sacred as the return of bedroom and bathroom privacy. Basically, she writes because she can’t afford therapy.
