Our Mission
Project Twenty1 is an organization dedicated to exhibiting, promoting, inspiring, and connecting artists from all disciplines through filmmaking. We host film festivals, networking events, educational workshops, and competitions in the greater Philadelphia area that attract participants from all over the world. We also partner with other organizations globally to provide maximum exposure for our participants, community, and sponsors.

Our goals are simple: Turn the often-arduous task of making a film back into an exciting, enjoyable activity. Build a supportive network and a prestigious venue through which motivated filmmakers and artists can get their work in front of the world. And in the process,
witness the birth of truly original, entertaining films and exciting new creative relationships.

Project Twenty1 stands by its slogan, “Not Just a Film Festival,” as it seeks to go beyond the standard conventions of a festival and help unite the world of independent artists, allow them direct paths to their audiences, and continue to build the cultural and artistic scene in Philadelphia.
