You may need to register for a Zazzle account (it's free, and you'll need it anyway if you buy something) in order to see designs in the "Mature" Content category. As far as I know, designs that carry a PG-13 or R rating will not show up unless you are logged in and have enabaled viewing products of these ratings in your account settings. Rated R products also require that you have verified your age. This may seem inconvenient, but I support Zazzle's choice to run things that way. It creates a sort of "quality control" as far as content, but without putting unreasonable restrictions on what designers are allowed to do.
