Welcome to my store. My name is Rulan Capper-Starr and I am a self-taught artist living in New Zealand. Some originals are currently available for purchase. Please feel free to use the "send message" link in the side panel if you have any requests.

A family I know, needs a home built this winter, but without the money, they cannot pay for the permit. They have little protection against the snow and bitter cold. I am giving the profits from my store to them in the hopes of helping them pay for the permit.
