Save Our Seabirds Cushion by RoseWrites

After researching the Zika virus extensively and publishing "Birds as Reservoir Hosts of Zika: What You Are Not Being Told" on InfoBarrel (under my pen name, RoseWrites), I decided to create a few products to match the handy tote bag I designed (in support of Zika research and/or tern conservation efforts). Every birder I know could use a good lumbar support. And to capture the best photos, you need to remain still (and comfortable). This accent pillow is made with 100% Grade-A cotton – so it would be ideal in either hot or cold temperatures. When I learned that Arctic tern chicks have been dying en masse since about 2013, my immediate thought was that Wolbachia-infected Aedes mosquito releases (carried out in Brazil and other places) are at the root of this. By selling this pillow, I hope special interest groups, birders, and wildlife lovers can help scientists discover why our seabird chicks are dying in such huge numbers and find a way to help them recover.
