Pretty amazing, isn't it, when the government elected 'of the people, by the people and for the people' now thinks it is above the people? When did Congress get the idea that its elected officials were above the law, above criticism and above listening to their fellow Americans on issues that affect us all? Calling ordinary American citizens names that should make those elected fools blush with shame and insinuating that we, the hard working, taxpaying people of this country are a 'mob' for exercising our right to free speech?

And a president that tells fellow Americans to 'stop talking'? Blaming US for the mess caused by Congressional mismanagement of mortgages, wasteful spending for pure pork and debt in the trillions?

Excuse me?

My voice will not be silenced; there is too much at stake for my children, for my aging father, for the handicapped who are my friends and neighbors. I will not stop talking! I will NOT just go away and let my government run roughshod over my rights and theirs.

I hope you have the courage of your convications, too. We are most certainly in for one long, bumpy night before we can turn in these socialist clunkers at the voting booth. But we are Americans. We have resources given us by our Founding Fathers. Let's use them prayerfully, and wisely, as they would want us to do.

In the mean time, look around the place. Maybe you'll find something that says what's on your mind LOUD AND CLEAR.
