I'm fairly sure it's all right. The design is based on the one from the game, but the elements are all original. There are plenty of folks offering similar designs already, as well as a plethora of Black Mesa products that have been available here and on Cafe Press. In fact, there are many featuring screenshots of the weighted Companion Cube that seem to be fine by Zazzle. :)
