My motivation for opening this zazzle store was to spread awareness about hereditary breast and ovarian cancer...start the conversation. Wearing a unique shirt or necklace or mailing a special greeting card and stamp can generate curiousity & questions from those who see them. Ultimately, it starts the conversation...

FORCE is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. 10% of all breast cancers are genetically based. If you carry a genetic mutation, your odds of getting breast cancer in your lifetime can be as high as 87%--your odds of getting ovarian cancer in your lifetime, can be as high as 50%.
