I am a photographer living and working in Hawaii. I primarily do low-altitude aerial photography using a camera suspended from a kite line. This offers a vantage point that is difficult to achieve any other way since most of my aerials are too low to do with a helicopter or airplane, and too high to do with a tripod.

In addition, I do photography at ground level using a large format camera. This format offers a number of advantages, the biggest one being the image resolution available with a large piece of film. I am in the process of building a large format camera for use with a kite, as well.
