All of these images are from original paintings I painted by hand (from oils to mixed media on wood). Printmaking is also a passion of mine, so there may be a woodcut or two or some etchings to come. I just started my Zazzle store. I’m looking forward to adding new images. I am primarily a fine artist with a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. Even though I went through the Illustration Dept. upon graduating I began showing in galleries. One thing led to another and this has become my path. I’m also available for commissioned portrait work. I have painted portraits of many people but I prefer pets, mostly dogs and cats. Habitants of the Hudson Valley may recognize my work from covers of regional magazines such as The Valley Table and Chronogram. I love to donate my work to yearly auctions benefiting my local SPCA and other animal rescue organizations. |
