How much will Instant Downloads cost? The price of an Instant Download is dependent on: (1) The product and (2) Your Name Your Own Instant Download royalty rate. Can a customer transfer any design to an Instant Download? No, it will not be possible to transfer printed or physical products for Instant Download. However, an Instant Download can be transferred to a physical product such as a shirt provided that your store allows design transfer. If that occurs, you will receive your default royalty rate when that physical product is purchased. What is the refund policy for Instant Downloads? As with printed products today, customers cannot add to cart and purchase the Instant Download without first replacing images marked as 'force replace'. What are the file size and dimensions of the files that come with an Instant Download? A customer will have several file size and format options available to them when downloading the file(s) to their device. Below are the different file types as well as the associated resolutions: • A .jpg of the selected design view. This is a lower resolution file that is ideal for sharing (1280px) • A .png of the selected design view.
