Managing your email notifications

Zazzle sends three types of emails:

• Marketing Emails – Manage these under Email Notifications on your Account Settings page. To fully unsubscribe, visit zazzle.com/pd/unsubscribe.
• Store Notifications – Adjust frequency or turn off alerts under My Store Email Preferences located in your Notification Settings. 
• Important Account Emails –  Important Zazzle Notifications about the terms of usage, account security, or other high-priority announcements will be released at Zazzle's discretion to all active Zazzle account holders. These include security or policy updates and can’t be disabled.

Opting out of text messages:

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any Zazzle message.
