WHO Calling all Miraculous Fans! While we'd love to have everyone on board, we want to let you know that there are some country restrictions. Entrants must be United States residents. Have a child who loves Miraculous? They can join too!

WHAT Your challenge is to create original Miraculous art. This can be: character art, renderings, patterns or other graphics related to Miraculous.

Additional audiovisual entry - create and post to Instagram, Facebook or YouTube a video featuring your finished Miraculous-based artwork or the making of your masterpiece.

WHEN The contest submission period starts at 12:00 AM PT on June 17, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 31, 2024. Winners will be contacted and announced by August 31, 2024.

  • No inclusion of the artist’s signature or URL (i.e. website address) on the artwork.

Is there a limit on how many times I can submit? No, we encourage as many submissions as you would like!

Can my child who is under 18 years old submit a design? Anyone under the age of 18 will need a legal guardian to submit on their behalf.

MIRACULOUS ARTWORK CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entry Method, Rules and Grant of License. To submit a valid entry to the Contest, an Entrant must (i) upload a piece of artwork based on the Miraculous™ TV Series (‘Miraculous”) they originally created, designed, and/or drew to the official contest submission form here under on of the following artwork categories:

Artwork Categories:

  • Original Miraculous Art. Character art, renderings, patterns or other graphics related to Miraculous set on a flat tangible or digital surface.
  • Original Audiovisual Content. Recorded and edited original audiovisual content that the Entrant posts to their personal Instagram, Facebook or YouTube account featuring the making of or the finished Miraculous-based artwork being submitted for this contest.

Entrant must also submit digital files and/or scans of the Entry Artwork in one of the following formats:

Upload artwork (in PNG, JPG or PDF format) that complies with the following rules:

  • No AI generated artwork;
  • No text or images that may be considered offensive, controversial, immoral or any manner causes harm to the integrity, image or reputation of Miraculous;
  • No inclusion of the artist’s signature or URL (i.e. website address) on the artwork.

Submit a link to your video post on submission form.

Rights Release:

By uploading the piece of artwork on the official contest submission form thereby generating a valid entry, the Entrant grants Miraculous Z. part BidCo Inc. d/b/a Miraculous Corp US (“Miraculous Corp US”) and Zazzle, Inc. (“Zazzle”) the rights to use such artwork on www.miraculousladybug.com, www.Zazzle.com, as well as both entities’ social media accounts.

2. Date. The Miraculous Design Contest will run from June 17, 2024 at 12:00 AM PST until July 31, 2024. In Zazzle’s sole discretion, the Content Period may be extended for additional periods.

3. Zazzle will award the following prizes (“Prize(s)”) to Entrants who (a) have submitted a valid entry and (b) satisfactorily meet the Winner Selection Criteria (“Winner(s)”):

Best Artwork Winner and Best Video Winner each receives their choice of one (1) print or one (1) blanket featuring their winning artwork and one (1) prize package of 5 Miraculous licensed products.

For the sake of clarity, Zazzle reserves the right to change a prize type based on availability or not award a specific prize if no entry was validity submitted or fails to meet the Winner Selection criteria.

4. Eligibility. All entrants (“Entrant(s)”) must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must generate a valid entry as defined in Section 1 above;
  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older to enter on your own. Entrants that are younger than eighteen (18) MUST have a parent or legal guardian submit a valid entry on their behalf;
  • You must be a United States resident at the time of entry;
  • You must not be an employee, officer or director of Miraculous Corp US, Zazzle Inc., or any of these entities’ parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents as well as not be a member of such employees’, officer’s, or director’s immediate family (i.e. parent, spouse, child, sibling and grandparent) or household member; and
  • You must agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Zazzle’s discretion, which are binding and final in all respects.

Void where prohibited. An Entrant may have the ability to win more than once.

5. Verification. All Entrants and valid entries shall be subject to verification by Zazzle pursuant to the rules guidelines herein. Zazzle’s verification process shall produce decisions that are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be selected based on a point system on the following criteria: originality, creativity, visual appeal, and trendiness. Panel to include nine judges.

Winners will be notified if they won via the email account submitted in their valid entry. Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of being notified; otherwise, the Prize will be voided.

7. Prize Costs and Substitutions. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use, as well as any costs or expenses associated with currency conversion. Winners may be required to provide applicable tax information to Zazzle prior to payment. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Zazzle Inc. who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value if the prize cannot be awarded as stated. Zazzle Inc. will withhold and/or report taxes as required by applicable law.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes Winner's consent to Zazzle Inc.'s use of winner's name, likeness, voice, image, opinions, hometown, state/province and country for promotional purposes in any media or channel without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions. Zazzle Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Zazzle Inc.'s reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest. In such an event, Zazzle Inc. reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Zazzle Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Terms and Conditions or any other Contest or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Zazzle Inc.’s web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Zazzle Inc. reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Zazzle Inc.'s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Meta Platforms, Inc. is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, any information provided hereunder is provided to Zazzle Inc. and not Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. Release. By accepting any Contest prize, winner agrees that Zazzle Inc., Miraculous Corp US, and their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies, are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, or travel to or from or related to any Prize or Prize-related activity, or from Winner's participation in the Contest.

11. Limitations of Liability. Zazzle Inc. and Miraculous Corp US are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage due entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software, or the Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook service, as applicable; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any Web site or service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (5) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Zazzle Inc.'s Web site(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Zazzle Inc., Miraculous Corp US, a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Zazzle Inc.'s Web site by a hypertext link.

12. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any Prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Contest or the determination of Winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant, Zazzle Inc. in connection with the Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions. Exclusive venue for any claim hereunder shall be the state courts in the County of San Mateo, California and the federal courts in the County of Santa Clara, California. All federal, state, provincial and local laws apply.
