They all say it is their pleasure to make sure the customer is 100% happy, even if the error is the customer’s fault. Due to their help I did not have to test out that guarantee.

While the item was as good as the picture, I paid $8.99 shipping with the estimated delivery in 8 or so days. It took 17 days to come to MA from AZ so if you’re in a rush, this company may not be for you.

Didn’t look like the picture/preview in my opinion. Look more white with very very light pink flowers. It was hard to even tell it was floral. The writing was nice but I didn’t love the whole product. I made it work because I didn’t have time to reorder due to it being for a memorial wreath. I wish I would’ve taken pictures but I was in a rush to get it finished
