Horrible customer experience, have not received my order yet. Been two months. I have contacted you to discuss this issue and you have “remanufactured” since the parcel was allegedly lost. I guess it’s lost once again? Will not use this website again.

I designed this luggage tag with a QR code. I was very careful in the design tool to make sure that all four corners of the QR code were visible so that it would work as intended. Seems that somehow it didn’t print quite right. And as a result, the QR code doesn’t work. I’m placing another order, but this time I’m going to order two instead of four just to make sure that the QR code works correctly.

I paid extra to get this here by May 10, now the godmother won't have her gift. This is crap!

I ordered these for my Mom as a gift to help others contact her should she lose a bag during travel as happened to her recently. Her handwriting is terrible & the tags she uses at the airport would cause anyone to struggle to read her contact info in order to reach her. These are perfect & will hopefully be well received & useful next time she travels. They’re a little pricey, but worth the peace of mind. When her bag was lost recently, it took 10 days to get it back & no one contacted her to say they had it, likely because they couldn’t read her handwriting. They simply returned it to the airport … it would have been such a relief for her to have been contacted by text, call or email just to say the bag was safe. Instead, she worried & made several trips to the airport unclaimed baggage to see if it was there. I’m hoping these help to avoid that stress should it ever happen again. The tags are beautiful & sturdy! They arrived pretty quickly & in perfect condition.

The printed image is very washed out. I ordered these tags before and they came out great. It looks like the printer ran out of ink or something. Also, the delivery time was 3x the last batch I ordered. not sure why? It said, sold by Zazzle so I assumed it was the same processing and quality?? hmm.

The picture quality is exactly like how it's on Zazzle app, I will give it five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
