My blog, Digging Genealogy, has stories about the mysteries we run across if we start paying attention to the tales we hear from family historians. It's fascinating to dig around and learn about the lives of those who went before us, to see the chance encounters that brought us here. In doing that, I couldn't resist sharing some of the products I use or ideas, quotes, gifts I'd like to get or give that are all about genealogy. Some things are general for genealogy, some things are specific to my own ancestors and where they lived (Massachusetts, Maryland, Ohio, Missouri).
