I ordered three sheets of tissue personalized with photos that I planned to use to make several Christmas gifts. I needed them with some lead time because they were to be used as one of the first steps in making the ornaments I had planned. I placed the order on 12/8 with the expected delivery date of 12/18. I paid over $15 for shipping on a $5 order to receive the order in time. Zazzle didn’t ship until 12/18. When the order arrived late on 12/19, it was someone else’s personalized tissue. I immediately attempted to contact Zazzle. The outgoing message on their phone line directed me to online contact with NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A PERSON. I used the online chat bot which kept trying to direct me to the return/exchange option. It is one week before Christmas. I am not taking the time out of my week to drive the 3 sheets of tissue to be shipped back to correct ZAZZLE’S mistake. After much back and forth with the bot, I was put in a queue to speak to a person. The estimated wait time was 23 minutes. After over 40 minutes I couldn’t sit waiting for them anymore. I elected to use their “Leave a message” feature. This took me to another form which I took more time to type out all of the info I had previously shared with the bleeding bot. I explained the situation, uploaded a photo of what I received and submitted the form. I was disappointed to not have any idea how or on what timeline my issue would be resolved since I have a deadline for using my order. But at least I felt I had

I received 3 half pieces of tissue paper. If this is what you plan to send people it should be clearly noted. The 10lb title is very misleading.

The tissue paper was new to me.It is so easy to tear.I would give it a 10 for designs.

The bag was nice, but for the price this bag should have been much larger in size. Too expensive for the size of the bag.
