KIWART

Welcome to KIWART! I opened my little store because I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and I've recently become a digital art convert. KIWART is pulled from my childhood nicknames Kiwa/Kiki/Kik. I'm inspired by the organic shapes found in nature, single line portraits from elementary school art classes, and the vivid colors of everyday life. I admire the work of Yayoi Kusama, Keith Haring, Barbara Kruger, Salvador Dali, among many more. I've worked in youth development for many years and I've regularly taught children how to flex their creativity through art projects. After losing my job, I figured it's the perfect time to reconnect with my own creative process and dedicate more time to art. I don't believe in minimalism, and my designs reflect that. I try to marry bright aesthetics from my Indian heritage with contemporary trends. I hope you find something you enjoy, because I enjoyed making it!
