My $27 custom patch was wrong. I was promised a replacement but it never arrived. Do not order from these people!

Originally ordered shirts & patches, but asked question about shirt printing details & received a kind, prompt & honest answer. I went with patches only based on my initial concerns with the shirt printing (my fault with the design option I proposed, not Zazzle's fault). Patches came out as expected & good quality.

Patches turned out as expected including the printing on the patches. Colors matched as requested & solid product, especially given the design option I offered to Zazzle. Will definitely consider Zazzle for future patches again & possibly for shirts if I can offer a better design to use.

So well design and well made. Love it!

Way too small. I saw it said 2 inches but description I thought said 4. I tried to select the largest option but I guess it doesn't exist and my product is way too small.

Fine if you could see it, but you can't so my mistake. I doubt I can use it.

I ordered a personalized patch for my lab coat.It was easy to design on the website. I liked that I could very quickly scroll through different shapes and colors with my text showing. It made it easy to get exactly what I wanted. Also, the product arrived early, which was a bonus.

I needed something that would look like the “authentic” version of the school uniform for my children which was being sold at only one local store & would have cost me a few hundred dollars for just a few items. Would’ve thought that the person saw that the printing was not centered. Disappointed about the quality control.
