The frame was more gray than I expected. I thought it would be more silver looking. Sparkling!

The process of creating the ornament was relatively easy, although, I did have a bit of a hard time positioning the photo. The ornament came on time. The quality is exceptional!

Our image was weird at the end. It was straight for about the first 2/3 but then angles up. When I designed the cup, the editor showed it was straight on the diagram. However, it was not in the end. We could not give it as a gift as planned.

I was so pleased with the glossy material and the quality of the resolution. It turned out exactly as I'd hoped for.

The latte mugs were 8 oz not 12 oz as advertised. One of the mugs has a dark section on the inside.

I love this ornament and even though it’s sad to have to get another one made for my tree these are a BEAUTIFUL way to celebrate the memory of loved ones and keep them on a stand year round when it’s not on a Christmas tree. I’d love to thank the creator of this…beautiful work!

I thought these were great at first, but I only inspected a couple. 2/10 I ordered were completely un-giftable. These were for family so we had to pick who didn’t get one. And they weren’t cheap. One of them literally had numbers and letters all over the face and another was very faded (pictured with two, the good one on the left and the bad one on the right). This is completely unacceptable.

It's okay. I was expecting something different than what I received. The business card holder doesn't close well.
