It is beautiful. I only wish that they offered a larger teacup. More of a selection of teacups vs. just coffee mugs. I would order more.

Feel like this is poor quality.

I recently ordered 30 mugs from Zazzle, and there was an issue with the production – the text on the mugs was crooked. However, Zazzle handled the situation amazingly well. They quickly sent me the correct mugs without any hassle or many questions asked. I’m really impressed with their customer service and the quality of their products. Terrible print quality. Previoisly ordered items were without issue. Leave time to have your items reprinted if necessary.

Personalization was so dim you couldn’t read it. Very disappointed

This is a horrible design - the images are way too small to make out (and the print quality is not great either).

Ordered with Black Background and it was a dark Green and uneven finish on the back side .

Quality is good. Arrived on time. And maybe it says measurements on site. But it is tiny for ornament. Not gonna gift it. Money waisted.

I was a little disappointed in the quality and the name printing on the wallet. The baymax part looked like a separate piece sewn on. I chose a white font for the name so it would show up against the black, but it was very faded. I didn’t have time to request it be redone. I actually bought another wallet to give him and gave him both of them.
