The colors. The large selection of fonts and designs. The product came out great. Was easy to design. While it is a latte cup, this was for a child for a personalized root beer soda cup. She loved seeing her name on the cup and she can now not worry about her siblings wanting her cup, because her name is on it. All three of them love their cups and want to use them for everything. It was the best price I could find as well, for a non-photo, personalized cup with a text.

Fantastic! I am a professional graphic designer, so I created my own “Safire” design/graphic. Blue can be tricky to print as it easily can color shift — tinting to much toward cyan or too much toward magenta. But the image print true blue.

My son's girlfriend's parents took them on a trip -- and out of the blue, sent us a framed photo of the couple, taken in a field of lavender. I knew I wanted to send them something but couldn't figure out what. I was visiting my son and his girlfriend when I snapped this kind of silly shot -- which we all agreed looked like it should go on an ornament. Zazzle to the rescue! I went from having snapped the photo to having ordered it in a matter of minutes. It wasn't until a day or so later (when the ornament was ready for shipping) that I realized that I'd accidentally forgotten to change the shipping address after a previous order -- and the ornament was bound for my mom's place. I quickly ordered another one, this time paying close attention to the destination. It arrived very quickly, just in time for my son and his girlfriend to spend Christmas with her parents. They sent me a photo of the ornament on the tree -- apparently, the gift went over very well. My mom loves hers, too.
