We have a new puppy and wanted to have a keepsake and celebrate her coming into our family. We had a problem with the first one delivered as it was crooked BUT, more importantly, Zazzle gave us a full credit and an additional 20% discount on re-ordering! They were quick, courteous, and extremely helpful in the process and we didn't have to send it back. The quality of both were better than expected and just know that they stand behind their claim of wanting you to be satisfied! The second one arrived faster than the first one and was PERFECT. It’s hard to review a product when we were evedentally scammed. We would like to still receive it but have no idea how to call and talk about it. Or receive a refund.

the customizing part is a little challenging when using a phone to customize the item. maybe on a computer it would have been easier. I still loved being able to make this and seeing the final item in my hand . I kid you not it brought a tear to my eye when I seen them..... they just looked amazing

Clear, great quality

Does not fit in my Coffee Maker. Much bigger than what I expected. You can use this for your car. The only dilemma is that there is no cover. SO BUMMED! I should had gotten the smaller one.

I gave this as a birthday gift to my nail tech. She loved it! The quality is really good and appears more expensive than what it actually cost. Very nice job!

The print quality was Excellent!

I gave it a 4, the mold on the half cup is slightly crooked and didn't match up correctly. I think something like this should have been caught in quality control, as well as not sent to the consumer.

As for the artwork I created and design the overall print appears clear and sharp. Printing is excellent!
