I became a vegetarian many years ago. It occurred to me one day just what I was eating and it grossed me out. I mean, I wouldn't eat my dog or my koi, so what was the difference? Not one thing. Go vegetarian. Or, even better, go vegan! Feel better. Help the planet. Help yourself!
