I already contacted Zazzle, but it’s been a few days and I have heard nothing since supposedly it is going through the department that ensures for quality or accuracy. Initially ordered cards they turned out great so we ordered a bunch more & the card stock used was completely different even though the order we made was the exact same card and paper. I’m not sure what the status is. I’ve always liked Zazzle a ton, but this last experience is not good. I would like to see this resolved with the first card stock that was used to reprint the most recent order.

I loved this design for my save the dates! It was easy to edit and make my own too. I was very frustrated with the inconsistencies in printing. We had to have them reprinted because they originally came out a pink-ish color. And then the second time, the background design was very faded/barely visible. We had even purchased a sample to make sure we liked it, but it was printed differently every time!

This order was lost - but then you decided to send me the order again - and I got it and I am thrilled with the result. I am sending them out with joy - and pride. Thanks, Ann

The only thing I'll want them to change up is having a thicker envelope. Running these through the machine at the post office could easily tear them up if there's a jam. I like how they turned out and saved me time.

I and everyone else loved these. You're able to see the pictures and it's a great way to day thank you for coming to celebrate with us.

I was not happy with the finished product, Customer Service was nice enough to send me a replacement..However the replacement is the exact same. I ordered HIGH GLOSS and received matte business cards. I don't know why this is an issue. My first order of 100 business cards were beautiful. I will not be passing out the matte cards because they look like Xerox copies 😞 I really liked my first order and received a lot of compliments so I might just place an entirely new order and consider the $75 a loss🤔
