I ordered these cards round and supposed to be the thick glossy material and they came square and paper like with a matte finish. Not what I ordered at all very disappointed

So our initial order we were shorted 20 invitations and had to order a second time to make sure we had enough invitations. We got the correct amount of envelopes just were missing the correct amount of invitations

Our envelopes came out absolutely perfectly! The pre-addressing was all correct and printed very nicely. Super happy with them.

Very disappointed with the color aspect. Online it shows a nice green color. The color we got in the mail is so dark it's almost gray. Will not be ordering the matching thank you cards. So disappointed in them. I was so excited to get them too!! 👎 The quality of the card itself is what I expected however

They came exactly as pictured. However, now I will be ordering more because I have changed both my email and phone number.

The pictures were too dark!!! My husband looked like a Caucasian Black man instead of a white man!!! I was very disappointed in the way the calendars turned out!!!

The prayer cards for my mom and sister came out beautifully. Picture quality was excellent! Matte finish with just a little shine. People were asking me where I had them printed! Zazzle! The front was full picture and the back was the text.

I appreciate the Zazzle team for arranging a reprint of my order. I do want to clarify what happened on my end, because it was confusing and ultimately disappointing. When I ordered the proof, it was labeled “basic glossy,” but the proof we received was actually “semi-gloss” (I only realized this when the reprint order arrived and the material was correctly labeled). That led us to believe that “basic glossy” was the same quality as the semi-gloss proof. When our full order arrived, the prints were noticeably lower quality, which makes sense now knowing they were truly basic glossy. I also ordered 100 invitations and only received 93. I’m not sure how that happens, and while it thankfully didn’t ruin our timeline (we only need 90), it’s still the principle — if you order 100, you should receive 100. I do appreciate the quick responses and the express shipping on the reprint, and I’m glad the material was right this time. However, this experience does make me hesitant to order from Zazzle again.

Got my order today. You have to squint to see my logo. Also the cards aren't cut for jewelry. Not happy at all with the print job or quality
