Wish I had known the tartan pattern was only on one side of the ribbon. The reverse side is bright white. Was going to use the ribbon to make a bow for my front door wreath. Cannot do that due to white reverse side.

Unfortunately I received my order of business cards through the web design option and I went with the glitter base and they are not glitter they aren’t even as vibrant as the image on the screen displayed. It looks like white paint was spackled on the cards & I tried multiple times to delete the “event factory” off the bottom right of the cards but it would never let me delete it so I was assuming it was just automatic but when printed it wouldn’t be on there & I was wrong. It’s in fact on all of them. I ordered post cards in the same style and scared they’ll turn out the same. Super disappointed! Especially paying $18 in shipping 😩

Zazzle just can't seem to get it right! I paid for Premium Silk (like the larger cards in the background). What I received was not only poor quality, but also thin glossy cardstock. I am extremely disappointed, as I needed these for an event this coming weekend. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd, yes THIRD order in a row that was incorrect.

I ordered my order on January 11. I still have not received it. I am completely not satisfied and when I call I don’t get any information when I track it. It gives me no detailed information.
