Design was great but the printing was horrible can barely see the pictures. Not good quality and it’s not my pictures because I’ve printed them out and they look great

These favor tags were perfect for our desserts. We used 1/8” ribbon to tie it instead of the cotton twine. It looked gorgeous!

The card doesn't come with slits! I had to manually cut each one! It took me forever and I was so disappointed - it didn't warn me of this anywhere in the product descriptions.

Disappointed that although my holiday cards came in a timely fashion and the pictures and cards look nice, I'm disappointed that when I spoke to your design team, I wasn't sure what paper to order and told the gentleman that I wanted the same shine I always order and he told me to order the matte. That is NOT what I always order and they are NOT shiny like I wanted so I AM DISAPPOINTED>.

Packaged and shipped so poorly. Corners are damaged. Red from the back of my card rubbed off on the fronts. Very disappointed. Cards and envelopes look dirty .

Have been ordering from Zazzle since 2014. In a day when it is easier to send a text. Sending a paper card, too me, displays a deeper recognition of one's respect for the recipient of the card

I originally ordered the incorrect size but Zazzle was true to their word. When I said I wasn't completely satisfied they provided the correct size product and gave me credit for the unused portion of the original payment.
