Zazzle Invitations

I’m a huge fan of Zazzle’s customer service. I originally ordered my save the dates on matte paper since that was advertised as their best selling paper. I didn’t think too much of it. When I received them, the full front photo just appeared dull and I was not happy with the final product. I was able to get a full refund, and re-ordered them on glossy paper and I am so much happier with the product! If you are printing photos, I highly recommend the glossy paper for a crisper print job.

NEVER GOT MY DETAIL CARDS BUT I WAS CHARGED! This website chooses not to have actual ppl work for their company they messed up my wedding invitations with no way to speak to anyone DONT GO THROUGH THIS SITE

Poor quality they were embarrassing to hand out. I will not be shopping with this company again. The product received looks nothing like the product in the image.

These cards came out beautifully. Great quality!

Received the customized envelopes 1 1/2 weeks after I received the invitations.

I was supposed to receive 50 invitations, only received 41. The 2 bottom corners were bent and discolored.

Cards are beautiful, but I ordered 1000 and only got 100. I paid for 1000 and got invoice that says 1000.

The blue ink still looked dark, but great quality cards.

I need to return these labels. You can not even read them. Way to light and not professional

What I received is not what was approved on their site. Can’t get a refund but they will give me a credit to reorder, which I’ve yet to see. Problem is, will the same issue occur? Probably. Very disappointed.

avoid the cheaper priced cards. The edges fray and color is also not solid. I also ordered the thicker and top of the line cards with original blue or black color and they are fine
