Exactly what I wanted

Ordered the Cheers to 80 Years Birthday Return Address circle, the ordering was easy, the shipping was good, editing was pretty easy other than realized there were borders around some words, which made the editing a little time consuming. I didn't make the address bold on my first order, so it wasn't very easy to read. So I ordered 2nd time with return address typed in bold, it came out much better. So the whole experience was pretty positive.

These turned out beautifully. Will definitely order from Zazzle again.

It came damaged need a new one sent

I got the Matte finish 14x14 sheet. Appropriate size, but text was blurry and a bit hard to read. I want to avoid posting pictures due to them being actual addresses of people that I know, but I am going to try ordering in a different color/style and see if this improves.

Was not happy with this I thought the message and signature would be in the same font and it's not. I am not pleased

Terrible experience if I could give zero stars I would, but it wouldn't let me. I was shorted on envelopes. Contacted customer service and was told they would send what we were missing. Never happened. Contacted again and was told the request never went through. So I was told they would over night or expedite them. NOTHING. Contacted a third time, within a 10 day period for just envelopes that are part of my order. Over 16 days and contacting multiple times I never got them.Never got them. Then was offered a 10% store credit?! For a place I will never be using again. Had to negotiate for a refund on their mess up for things that cannot be sent in time.This company is joke. Worst customer service experience. Glad I paid all this money to get shorted and no answers. Will not be using Zazzle ever again and I would not recommend to anyone.

Less blue then expected, more grey. I like the paper upgrade though, nice touch.

I ordered a sign for a bridal shower and it came with a line through the word "shower" so I contacted support. They sent me a link to order from to ensure it wouldn't have the line, AND they added on the service where a professional checks the design and it STILL came in with the same line...

The invitation and cards order arrived quickly. The details were correct. The print wasn't very dark. Some recipients had a hard time reading what the invitation said.

I only got 17 out of 100 flyers when it got delivered to me, but zazzle credit my money back to me.

Very disappointed in the quality. It is so dark, you can barely see the photo in the back and the photo is not good quality in the background either. Very very disappointing.

Once I finally received my order, I was reasonably happy. The flyers were done well however the packing for shipping needs to be better. The flyers were loose in a shipping envelope and they arrived damaged on the corners where the flyers had slid around during shipping.

The invitation came out beautiful! Card stock thick. Lovely job!

The custom programs turned out get!

Literally perfect. Packaged well and professionally. Even the basic card stock was thick, great quality. The design is amazing. The QR code worked (I was needlessly worried about it not working). The turn around time was so fast. My fiance and I are so excited to send these out. Thank you!
