I was very happy with my ORIGINAL order. However... subsequent orders were not the quality of the first order. I reached out to customer service to express my extreme disappointment. They attempted to make things right, but failed to do so as they sent me the very same lables that I complained about, as opposed to what was sent initially. That being said- I will NEVER order lables from you again.

Printing was great the image didnt come out as expected so I decided to get a different design

Really sad to discover that the edges and corners were damaged. Nearly every single card was affected in the order. I don't have time to return them and start over, so I'm going to be sending out these beat-up little cards to my friends who are used to getting high-quality cards from me. I would've tried going through customer service first but I could not find how to do that so I'm leaving this review instead. Can't imagine I would trust this company again. The thickness of the paper is nice but the layers are coming apart and the corners are smashed.

The lettering is not legible BUT they are so kind as to give me a credit with zero hassle to re purchase.

It should be blue gingham but instead I got brown gingham. Not at all what I asked for. Even the lettering is gray instead of blue. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the card quality was good.

All of my invitations came with damaged corners.

I just received it and they were damaged poor packaged and my event is this weekend so sad and I paid a lot for this I so disappointed

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m absolutely so pissed off right now from the description of this wedding invitation, you would think that there is a real border around the picture that is somewhat lifted and it is not. It’s also so disappointing that this doesn’t come in any other colors but a disgusting gray. The quality of this is just absolutely awful do not buy.

ordered on july 1, 2026. Was told it would be here July 9-13. Get my first update saying it would be delivered July 7. Since then has gotten pushed back day after day, with another update saying it now will not be here until July 16... that's if it doesn't get pushed back AGAIN...

cannot read the address on my label i am upset not to be able to speak to a person i am going to return my labels and have it credited to my credit card
