The tag is awesome! But the buckle on the strap broke as I was putting it on the first time. I put a stronger strap on to replace it.

At the bottom of the luggage tag was the instructions of what to include. The name and phone (which I requested) were correct but the instructions should not be there. It was painful to get this corrected and after numerous unanswered messages to Zazzle support and the designer over 6 weeks they say they will give me credit to be used on another order.i have yet to see if this happens. It’ll be hard to order from this company again!

The background photo is much fainter than I wanted and more faint than it appeared in the preview before I ordered it. I submitted a request for replacement but have not gotten a response.

Both front and back are printed off center and there is some gooey stuff on the front. I sent a request for a replacement but have not received a response.

This was rather disappointing. One side cuts probably a quarter of dad's face off. It definitely didn't look like that on the preview or I would have found a better photo. Now I have 10 of these. So sad, but I can't afford to find something different.

It turned out amazing. The tool editor worked wonders while creating this achievement award. So many options to choose from. Also adding the base really highlighted the award even more. Beyond Happy Customer!!

The product itself was fine, however I paid for express shipping and it didn’t arrive on time. No matter how good a product turns out, if it doesn’t arrive when needed, it can’t be used.

It's okay, but I was disappointed in how dark it is. Maybe, that is my fault, but the photo I used was not dark, as the sign turned out. But it will work for now.

Sorry if it’s not the ideal platform but this review is for Zazzle. Zazzle lost my order and refuses to connect via customer service. I’ve been waiting for over two hours and it’s just AI. Do yourself a favor and check out the better competitors.

The photo image was good, but the name on the back was so light that you could barely see it.
