I received my 1st order in the mail but the packaging was opened and the ornaments were not inside. I was so sad. I was pretty sure it was a porch bandit who had opened it. But I contacted Zazzle first just to see if there was anything they could do. There were no questions asked and they quickly sent me a replacement ornament that arrived before Christmas so I could give it to my son & daughter-in-law! I SO appreciate this amazing customer service at Zazzle and will continue to shop here as I have for years! Oh...and the baby's ornament was perfect & beautiful!

This is a sweet gift for the daughter, sister, friend, mother, co-worker in your life. Hang it from your car rearview mirror, or on a cute wall hook amongst other wall art. The colors are soft and being made of acrylic, it will last a long time. Highly Recommend.

Good morning, I placed an order for two ornaments a few weeks ago. One was a square ceramic ornament and one was (what I thought) a circular ceramic ornament. Come to find out I ordered an acrylic circle ornament instead. Normally I would be okay with two different ones...but here's the issue. The ceramic one was delivered first and is BEAUTIFUL. Like literally, it's amazing. My step-dad's sister died recently and I printed some of her artwork on these ornaments for him. I mean the ceramic ornament could not be more perfect. So when I received the second ornament in the mail yesterday I was excited to see how it looked. Then I opened it and could not be more disappointed. It looks like it's from walgreens. You can see that the pictures were printed, you can see (and even feel) where the pictures were cut into circle form, and then slide in between two pieces of thin glass (it's even kind of sticking out of the glass where I could easily pull the pictures out). It looks so cheap and I in no way shape or form want to give it to my step-dad. I have ordered from Zazzle many times and always receive really great products. So this is why I'm emailing because it doesn't seem like Zazzle. The BIGGEST bummer is that there's no way I can re-order a ceramic circle one in time for christmas.

My ornament turned out beautifully!!! I had ordered a personalized photo ornament for my daughter from Snapfish but was very disappointed in the quality when I received it, so I decided to try this one to replace it. I could not have been happier with it! The picture quality is beautiful, the design is exactly like it looked during the personalization process and the material is very well made! I will come back here for all my future photo ornaments!!!
