Ordered this ornament for my Grandson with a nice message I customized especially for him. The quality was excellent and it will last him a lifetime.

As I have stated in my previous reviews, your product is fine but on an extension to this order I paid for express shipping. You didn’t come even close to having the product sent to me on time. I left the US and had to get someone else to continue checking my mailbox for this. This person doesn’t live anywhere close to me so I have still not seen the last tag. I reached out to you before I left asking you to send it directly to the recipient as you hadn’t yet sent it out. You didn’t bother replying. I let you know in my last review how unhappy I was with your customer service and this is the first I have heard back you. Are you addressing my concern…no, you want a glowing review on your product. Well here it is, your product is great but your customer service is nonexistent. I would be hard pressed to recommend your company to anyone until you get that looked after. Donna Neumeier

Loved my other awards but this is dissapointing. The white bars atop and below the image appeared transparant in the photos and since there was no background beyond the stripes - I thought these areas would be transparant. Oh well, live and learn

The words are closer to the QR code than what they are suppose to be. When I looked back to review my order, this was not how they were pictured. Not sure what happened during print.

Very pleased with the quality and will be reordering as soon as I need more.

Doesn’t fit, would like to return

The product itself was fine but I paid for express shipping as I was leaving the country. The product did not arrive on time so I was forced to to get someone else to have to wait for, then transport it back to Canada for me. I now have to travel 6 hours to retrieve it and then travel another 6 hours in the opposite direction to deliver it or pay shipping on it again. When ot didn’t arrive on time o reached out to you to try and get it sent to its end destination instead. Absolutely no reply from you. You made what could have been an easy transaction very difficult

Great product, just wish the timing for shipping was more accurate with paying for expeditated shipping. It did not ship until 2 days after it was suppose to arrive.

These turned out so great! We have already used them and so far, so good. They look so professional!

I have ordered these at least 3 other times, and I will say that the acrylic is much clearer than the ceramic was!

This is a fantastic product that I will always recommend to family and friends. It was well put together.

Very cheap. They fall apart the first day.

Very disappointed. These are only pictures attached to a piece of acrylic with sticky on the back. Fell apart the day I put it up. Do not go flat to the wall. White screws really stand out.

I was disappointed in the tray. It was a gift. I felt the picture on the tray was not much more than a calendar picture under acrylic. Not what I expected for the price. Not classy.

Zazzle's internal system says this product shipped but according to USPS, the carrier has not received it yet. The automated system "Zee" cannot understand this issue and it is apparently impossible to connect with a real human to get this resolved. I paid for the item and have not received it and have no way to find out where it is or if I will ever receive it.

Glue gave way in a week, clip came off. That was an expensive mistake.

This looks cute, but the faceplate fell off as soon as I put it up (without warning) and it doesn't seem to sit quite right with the setting I have. It looks cute, so I'm keeping it, but the quality is not great and I'm not sure how long the face plate will stay on?
